Day 2 and 3

I want to begin by apologizing for not posting yesterday. It was a crazy long day filled with dibels testing, read alouds, and serving at work. I don't think I mentioned it before, but I am studying to be a teacher. So from 8 to 330 I am in the classroom observing and helping out the master teacher in any way I can. Yesterday I went from school to work and worked for 7 hours. By the time I got home I was exhusted and it was after midnight. However yesterday was a good eating day. I can't quite remember everything I ate but I did my best to eat healthier than normal.

Today was not as good of an eating day, but I did not eat nearly as much as I normally do. Again I was in the classroom and helped out with more dibels and I made lots of copies. The copy machine in the school work room as become one of my good friends. Today I woke up late so I grabed a bite to eat on my way to school. I bought hashbrown rounds and a breakfast sandwich from a fast food joint, but didn't like the taste of the sandwich so only had a few bites. For lunch I ate a frozen diet pizza and a snack sized bag of popcorn. For an afternoon snack  I ate a long tootsie roll. When I got home from school, my mom had some fast food waiting for me. I foolishly ate all of it over the evening. I baked potato, a small chilli, a burger and some chicken nugets. I was so ashamed of myself. But we live and learn. As a early bed time sanck I ate a bowl of shredded wheat. It sounds like a alot of food, and it is, but when you think about it being over a 14 hout period, its not that bad.

I still have a lot to learn. 3 days into it, and I have already learned a few lessons about eating out and planning ahead. Trying to keep track of all the food I've eaten each day is difficult, but its worth it to see what you are eating and what you can cut from your diet. I need to cut back on my fast food. I believe that if I cut back enough that it will halp me greatly on my quest to a smaller me.

Tip for the day: If you have to be out of the house early pack a breakfast and lunch the night before. It will help you stay away from the fast food joints.
